Team creation disabled?

Since mid january I have been a member of Universe@home, however I am having difficulties creating/joining a team. My BOINC-wide team does not appear and there seems to be some error in the team creation procedure. Regarding the abscess of my Boinc-wide team the administration of them refers to the following website. https://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/TeamImport I sincerely hope you can solve this problem.
