Same condition on my PCs no upload and download (except for the hamster which runs on virtualbox ubuntu), also on my android Redme Note8 phone (actually without WU), so don't seems a only-windows problem. About the certificates, what it means to upload certificates ? I hope it is something managed by boinc in an automatic way. You can wait for the next BOINC release, which will hopefully come in the next few days, or you can download this file and copy it into the BOINC installation folder and replace the one there. No reboot necessary, just do a project update. Thank you! Uploading and downloading are working now. This new certificate fix the issue.

Now I will reset my computer, wish my luck ;-) 4) Turning off and on my laptop also doesn't work
