Credits for day show 0

Posted 21 Jul 2023 by brit Post: thank you! I went back to the app and now it is getting in credits and showing the amount. You were right - I spoke too soon! I was having issues with the Einstein@Home project out of nowhere (where it stopped downloading tasks - which happened a handful of times in the past few years) and had to jump ship - but I'm glad. This project gives me more credit than that one did - by a lot! With them - it'd take 2 years to get the number of credits this one gives in a few days. This is much quicker! I've been a part of the project before - I helped databases be finished. So I'm moving the bar forward again. I will say my problem's been resolved. Thanks :) |

Posted 10 Jul 2023 by brit Post: I run Universe@Home on android devices. The tasks download, run, and upload, yet the amount of credits I get are still at 0. When I went on my account on my computer - it shows that some of them already got credit, while others are still 'in progress'. I assume I need to look at the total credits, but I'm wondering if any of these tasks that I'm processing are able to be utilized, or am I running my devices for nothing? |
