With Android and Boinc 7.4.41 is cpu type for C2 reported correct:
http://universeathome.pl/universe/show_host_detail.php?hostid=46370

I have added aarch64-android-linux-gnu platform and copied Android app for it... We will see if this works with Android on Odroid C2.

The C2 with Android get BHspin2 WUs since a week. there is no problem.

Why does it work with BHspin WUs and not with BHspin2?
What can i do to solve this problem.
is this a bug in Boinc 7.6.31?

NativeBoinc wasn't updated for new Android version (I think was compiled for Android 4.x libraries) and this can be reason...
I will ask its author for updated version :)

Android higher 4.1.x can run the PIE-apps.
NativeBoinc 7.0.36 only report the kernel-version not the android-version to the server.
This is supportet in newer boinc version.
If server dont ask for Android-version there is no problem with NativeBoinc running Android 4.x.x

Updated NativeBoinc version would be nice. It is much better than orginal Boinc for Android.

With X-ray WUs was no problem.

The Odroid-C2 with Android 5.1.1 and Boinc 7.4.41 get BHspin2 WUs.
Also Shield-tab Android 5.1.1 and Shield-tv Android 6.0 has no problem.

Have you check that both files has "boinc" as it owner?

Yes, owner is boinc.
Have deleted the app_info.xml on this host. After boinc restart i got old BHspin WUs.

Now testet it again with other C2 und copied the missing jobbh2_1.0.xml from XU4 into projektfolder.
Now i got this message:

Download them and put i project folder on the machine which doesn't receive work (on my system it is /var/lib/boinc-client/projects/univeseathome.pl_universe/).

Then restart boinc-client.

Dont work.
If i start boinc the file BHspin2 get removed from project folder.
Have set permisson made it executable.

BTW, it is still 32bit application as I haven't 64bit ARM system, but it should work :)

No new work. Same message:

Great :)
If it runs properly I can just add platform for your devices :)

I will do this tomorrow as is late now :)

Both hosts (xu4 and c2) have finished without problem.
The data0.dat files look to be identical.

Executable and parameter file (param.in) you will find in /slot folder in the machine which get WU's.
It should work on second system as well. Just run it in any folder by start executable file manually.

Now it runs on Odroid-XU4 with Ubuntu 15.04 and Odroid-C2 with Ubuntu 16.04 manually outside boinc in seperate folder.
Now we have to wait until finished.

In BHspin2 WU's have to be send to the same architecture because 32 and 64 bits system have different precision in some double calculations and results files are not always identical...

Can it be that this is the problem for the server?
Odroid-C2 is 64 bit architecture with 64 and 32 bit Linux.
aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu with <alt_platform>arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf</alt_platform> in cc_config.xml.

JagDoc, can you manualy run application (outside of BOINC folder with the same param.in file on both platforms, please?

I'm curious if application will work correctly and if results files have same content...

I will try it if you tell me how to do and where i can get the needed files.

With the BHspin WUs there was no problem to get WUs.
Maybe the problem is that the BHspinV2 wu are send to ARM-Linux, ARM-Android, and so on.
I see at the BHspinV2 wu that the wingman has the same sort of CPU/system.
At the BHspin is it mixed.
Has the server problems to send wu to some type of hosts?

There are no messages why no work was sent.

Message from server: This project doesn't support computers of type aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu

  </options>
</cc_config>

Thank you.
