The last two tasks completed successfully but the last one took 5 times as long to complete and I got the same credit. That does not seem right to me. 6136679 2844232 10043 15 Oct 2015, 12:37:31 UTC 22 Oct 2015, 13:25:13 UTC Completed and validated 252,528.87 242,580.00 1,538.46 universe-xray sources v3 v0.02 6112779 2832285 10051 13 Oct 2015, 23:47:56 UTC 21 Oct 2015, 8:39:07 UTC Completed and validated 61,299.21 53,415.51 1,538.46 universe-xray sources v3 v0.02 |

Result nr. / WU nr. 6136679 / 2844232 ... 6112779 / 2832285 ... different hosts the long running one is a T2400 on Windows the short one a Core2Quad Q9450 on Linux The much faster CPU running the way better optimized application version, so it is not too surprising that it has a much better time to credits ratio |

OK. I can accept that. I checked Host #10043 and the other 7 tasks all ran for 50K+/-5K seconds and were awarded 333.33 credits. The other host #10051 completed its tasks in either ~8K seconds for 333.33 credits or ~55K seconds for 1538.46 credits. This makes more sense now. Thanks for your clarification. |
