Universe@Home has disappeared from my projects list and my tasks.

The event log says
"Universe@Home is in state file but no account file found."

How can that happen?

Should I just Add Project?

I did add Universe to my projects, then WCG and Rosetta disappeared.

Had to add them all. Eventually, they all restored my projects, tasks and credits.

It's weird.

I did add Universe to my projects, then WCG and Rosetta disappeared.

Had to add them all. Eventually, they all restored my projects, tasks and credits.

It's weird.

Correction: Everything appeared to be restored, but there is no data in my Universe, WCG and Rosetta statistics.

That is also weird.

Universe disappeared again.

There were 7 tasks stuck uploading and in Transfer for weeks. Tried to restart them, but kept getting the message that the project could not be restarted and to try later, which I did many times.

So I restarted Universe. Instructions said to download BOINC, which I did. Tried to add Universe, but got another message saying that the project could not be added.

I can access my account through the BOINC web page. It indicates that 9 tasks are in progress and 7 are waiting for validation.

How do I get Univese back in my project list and tasks list? it's also gone from my Free DC page.

Too late to edit- or if you have upgraded BOINC to the current version then it's an indication of a configuration issue with your computer/modem/isp (in order of most likely cause) that is blocking access to the Universe servers.

SUCCESS! Just added Universe and it sent me 9 tasks.

Wouldn't do it last niight, but it did it today. i didn't change anything since last night.

Strange.

You now show two Ryzen 7 5700G systems- one with Windows 10, the other with Windows 11.
Looks like you upgraded the OS on your system, and upgraded the BOINC Manager, and for some reason the system got a new ID number- Created 18 Mar 2023, 4:44:57 UTC


Did you upgrade the OS 3 days ago? Because that's the last time the Win10 system contacted the Universe server.
