looking through the xml file it says <day>1654473600</day>

This cannot represent days because it equates to 4.5 million years.

Just wondering because I'm doing a project at uni on the raspberry pi and was representing my stats plus a few other things in a webserver running on the pi.

I figured it out. Linux time date stamp.
