My Universe uploads are backed up but are not going into "back off". Uploading slowly. My E@H's uploads are going up. Both of my single gpu rtx 3080's (one is temporarily single) currently has a good E@H cache. But another 2 gpu rtx 3080 ti machine (temporary test bench) was not being fed reliably.
