Maybe Poland is different, but even if a substation breaks in the UK (like the one across the road from me), they lift a new one in with a crane (live) and sort it in hours.
That's if the problem is a transformer at a substation. The issue they had was with the power supply to & distribution in a building.

Whatever the issue was, the Scheduler is accepting processed work and handing out new work again.

Yeah I guess depending on the contract with the power company, those transformers could be university property and take longer to get sorted.

I got email with information that new transformer will be delivered and mounted on 15th of December...
Also, CAMK need to shutdown whole network (with power shutdowns) from 25th till 28th of November due to the UPS and independent electrical network tests. CAMK also need to replace some critical parts of our backbone fiber networks.
Obviously I will send info to you all through BOINC Manager.

I got the uploads working by deleting the ca-bundle.crt file in my BOINC directory but still cannot access the site via https so there appears to be a certificate issue somewhere.

I can access it fine with https. Something is wrong up your end. And since it happens in your browser aswell, better start googling it!

It looks like you use outdated BOINC Manager version with retired certificates...

Looks like we're back.
Uploads going through OK, but the Scheduler is often timing out, and when it doesn't the response is "Project is temporarily shut down for maintenance". Once it's back fully it shouldn't take too long for the backlogs to clear & things to be working normally again.

Unfortunately... Not :(

Some tests of new transform didn't pass and another try will go on 15th December...

But, there is also a good news, that I have delivered another server to CAMK this morning and the machine will replace our old, main server in January.

So what are the specs of the current server, and it's replacement?

I predict it is "newer", bigger and "better" :)

Old one is 4/8 Xeon 1230 16GB RAM, the new is 2*Xeon E5-2640 (24 threads together) with fast SSD's and some storage drives.

Especially number of threads on new CPU's should increase Apache performance.

Hmm.
Lower clock speed, but extra cores & threads and a much, much larger cache, and it supports more memory, more memory channels & higher speed memory.
If you're able to double the RAM and make use of all 4 channels on both CPUs, even with the lower speed grades of RAM, the performance boost should be very significant.
Even with SSDs, being able to cache as much of the disk I/O as possible still pays huge dividends.

Fingers crossed getting the new server configured & running is as painless as possible.
Good luck.

Wondering if the main server has been upgraded yet or not?

Not yet.
There was ongoing work on electricity network on the site, so I didn't go through upgrade yet.
