I've try many times downloads units, and nothing.

I cancel and retry with other, allways nothing.

Someone else got this problem?

Try detach and then reattach to the project.

Make sure you checks the apps available:

There's only two apps currently available...

x86 can run on x86-64 but not the other way.

I too have run into this problem. I have detached and reattached, this did not make a difference as the units still fail to download correctly. It would appear that something in the 1.08 Mb main file runs into a problem. All the other files download except this one.

I delete all the folders of the project files, reinstall BOINC and it's works now.
