Its most likely the Pent causing issues as the start time for results started 2 hours ago so everyone started uploading their bunkers. Give it a day and it should be normalized again.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to limit the workunits per cpu/host/ipadress at least during pethathlon periods like other projects do to stress the server not so much?

@Magiceye04

I would suggest that for this option it is already to late. But the server could be configured to allow a specific number of parallel uploads to reduce the stress.

Yes, for now its to late. Its more for the future.
Challenges won't stop in the next years and and if the server is not powerful enough to handle the requests then it should be limited.

There is a limit yesterday I only got 576 Wus until I get the message that my host reached the maximum tasks in progress.

HI Everybody, I've been a member of WCG "World Community Grid" for a number of years and being first of the year thought i spread my wings and give you guys a shot and as I hooked up trough BOINC and as your claim of automation on the front was a thought. but this is not true, sure you send a bucket load of a units one has to settle down to being a coal shovel and feeding them in at a handful at a time and having done this twice and your preferences are not suited to any one but your maker, and as i wish to carry on doing WCG and giving some time to yourself it would be nice if you have a guide handy, so thanks in advance if you can point me in the right direction. Jon
