Why is Project requesting new work units every hour?? Universe@Home

Is there a reason for this?? I been set every hour contact request on server to update clients if server configuration change for any reason. In example recently was a problem with feeder and some hosts didn't get jobs as usual, so this change push clients to contact and get jobs later.
