Unable to upload one particular unit Universe@Home

I've been running boinc for 13 years and this is something I've not seen before. The unit finished a few days ago but won't upload, it's saying upload pending , but no matter how many times I press the retry upload button it just sits there, doesn't even attempt to upload just remains on upload pending. Just to let you know, I aborted the upload of this unit and for some reason it then showed up as ready to upload. It uploaded and I got credit for it...very strange.
