My cpu Ryzen 7 1700 process per hour 15 wu, normally download 3 hours for processing.
Question: How to do for download wu for various day?

Do you want more? In the BOINC Preferences, just increase the "work buffer" size.

They probably have a limit for the number of work units downloaded. I don't try to get more than 0.5 days, so I never really notice it.
Maybe someone else knows what the limit is?

Not sure what the overall limit is, but I get max for my best machine of 128.

The limit is max 1000WU's per host per day and 100WU's at a time.

Update BOINC to latest version.
Increase your buffer size to 6 and set additional buffer to 1.
Use <report_results_immediately/> in cc_config.xml
<ncpus>-1</ncpus> or just do not have this line there in cc_config.xml
Set the project to 100%
Set other projects to 0%
Use 100% of CPU's
Use CPU 100% of the time
Set no restrictions, no time restrictions, no memory restrictions, no drive restrictions, no user keyboard or mouse restrictions.

The limit is max 1000WU's per host per day and 100WU's at a time.

I have a machine that has 48 tasks consistently for weeks and BOINC Reports that "computer has reached a limit on tasks in progress" when it requests new tasks. The only time I get a task is when I report a task.
Are there different task restriction criteria's?

I checked another machine and it has 64 tasks in progress and is receiving the same warning that it has reached a limit on tasks in progress so I believe for me that means it's a local BOINC scheduler issue not a project server issue.

It seems like there is a WU per CPU (or more precise on CPU Threads) limit as well. 8 cores/ 16 Threads seems to be 128. Hosts with 4 cores/ 4 threads = 32.

Could we please have 16 or even 32 WU per thread?

The overall limit of 512 WU means that a Ryzen 2990WX (64 threads) only gets enough work for less than 4 hours. I'd like to bunker more to have enough work during times when project can't supply enough.

Yesterday I saw 1.6m tasks now 3.3m. The server seems unable to make tasks and send them out.

I would reach the opposite conclusion. They have no problem making work, and I have not had any problems downloading the work units in the past few weeks.

Not getting work when the server status shows plenty ready to send (even >3M, as of now) is not at all unusual, in my experience. I've been getting the "Project has no tasks available" message for about the last 12 hours on my four hosts, but I have gotten a few tasks every so often.

I have 8 cores and just 6 where running with wus. On the other pc i have 4 and just 2 working. Thats not normal. And no buffer wus where send to me

New application versions will be available for BHSpin and for ULX.

New WU's (after this batch) will work with completely new set of input parameters.

Also, I have increased max WU send to client twice.
