I notice that from about Dec 2 I'm getting a lot higher score from Universe than I did before. Looking in my task list it seems that the points awarded per WU is constant, but the time used per WU has decreased from ~20,000 seconds to ~4,000 seconds. The application and version is still the same. Why this sudden difference?

The reason is in initial parameters. It will not stay for loads of WU's.

I noticed that several months back. Tasks are taking 1/2 to 1/3 as long to complete across the board on various machines. It's not a bad thing, just curious why... improved code? Different data set?
