I'm running bhspin v2, and my processor is only at 20%. Is this normal? I thought it would use 100% all the time if it could. I have preferences set to 100%.

You should see in the Preferences how much % of CPU you have set. And I noticed you have an Intel i5 4core, so you can do almost 4 WUs contemporary and every one uses 25% of CPU (1 core).
However, I advice you not to use more than 75% of CPU power, leave one core to the system.
