I tried running Universe BHspin v2 v0.01 on my Windows XP/32-Bit PC and they still fail almost immediately upon starting -- Same error as before. I previously posted about it here on 3/23/2018 and never received a reply. No, 32bit Windows application is deprecated now as new algorithms used in new application version can't be implemented here.
