HI all

Anyone else having issues with the BHspin v2.0.01 tasks...

I just downloaded some tasks onto my (old) Win XP Pro PC and they all failed :-(

regards

So, I've found some error messages:

Outcome Computation error
Client state Compute error
Exit status -185 (0xffffffffffffff47) ERR_RESULT_START

and stderr report says:

<core_client_version>7.8.2</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
couldn't start app: CreateProcess() failed - (unknown error)
</message>
]]>

Anyone have any clue what these mean?

regards
Tim

Looks like the executable was compiled with a requirement of Vista or newer. This can be changed with PEInfo if you really want to try it on XP.

Using PEInfo, under the "Optional (PE) Header" tab, change both "MajorOperatingSystemVersion" and "MajorSubsystemVersion" from 6 to 5 and then File, Exit. Note: Do not use the Save option
