Reason 2: I commit a lot of CPU time to Universe@home. If I were to calculate the funds for power + hardware usage, perhaps you should be paying me to continue to support the project? To date, I have received no funds to my role. In summary, please don't ask for personal money when so many volunteer their time, hardware and more to the project.
