You can download this file, copy it into the BOINC installation folder and replace the one there. No reboot necessary, just do a project update. |

Posted 7 Oct 2021 by Falconet Post: You're not supposed to install the file. You have to copy the file and paste it on the BOINC install folder in order to replace the old file. After that, you're done. You don't even need to stop BOINC. |

(and I do not like to loose the finished WUs...) You shouldn't lose any tasks in progress but you can always set your projects to receive no new work, finish the tasks in progress and report them back, update BOINC and re-enable work fetch. |

You can wait for the next BOINC release, which will hopefully come in the next few days, or you can download this file and copy it into the BOINC installation folder and replace the one there. No reboot necessary, just do a project update. |
